A Large Pebble Vase is a handcrafted replica of sea pebble from the Greek island of Lefkada, made from beech wood.
Using an innovative technique, we reproduce the stone's unique shapes and details. Each vase then goes through five stages of manual finishing, resulting in a smooth, tactile surface—something that can only be shaped by millions of years of natural formation or by careful human hands.
With every set of Pebble Vases purchased, we plant 1 tree in collaboration with the "Mama Plant a Tree" project.*

These tactile pebble forms are crafted as a quiet ode to nature. Each piece has a delicate opening designed for dried florals or branches, inviting to bring the outdoors in. Perfect for displaying solo or pairing playfully together with Small Pebble Vase or Wooden Stacking Pebbles.
Pebble Vases are made from beech wood, a native of European forests. Its wood is characterized by strength and high resistance to damage and peeling. Beech is one of the most energetically favorable types of wood for humans. It is associated with resilience to stress and the ability to concentrate. Beech embodies greatness, prosperity, honor and victory, resilience, and the fullness of life energy.
Dimensions:
Large Pebble Vase is approximately 14 cm in diameter. Each vase is reflecting the organic form of the original sea pebble. Photos are for illustration only—each piece is entirely unique in texture and grain, shaped by the natural variations in the wood.
Product Care:
- Keep away from water.
- If the wood appears dry, apply a small amount of linseed or olive oil to a soft cloth and gently rub it into the vase.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping time within The Netherlands typically range between 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping:
At the moment, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping costs and deliverytimes will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Europe delivery time: 5-10 business days
- Outside Europe delivery time: 7-14 business days
Please note that customs and import duties may apply for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will vary depending on the destination country
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery
Lost or Damaged Packages
Balanced Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@balancedcompany.nl, and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@balancedcompany.nl with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide further instructions on how to send back your item.

- Items that are custom-made, personalized, or on sale may not be eligible for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@balancedcompany.nl.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@balancedcompany.nl with details of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:

- Personalized or custom items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Include a description of the issue and photos,and we will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, including offering a replacement or refund.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
